Returns of purchases
Original works
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You have 10 days to request a return of your purchase.
To be eligible, the artwork must be in the same condition you received it, undamaged, and in its original (or better) packaging. You will also need your receipt.
To make your request, send me an email atbrushesandpassion@gmail.com. I will send you the instructions for sending your package.
I will contact you after receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded using the same original payment method. In the case of an exchange, the second work will be sent to you.

Reproductions and Merchandise
Unfortunately, I cannot take returns on reproductions and merchandise because my supplier does not take them back.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or you receive the wrong item, contact me as soon as possible atbrushesandpassion@gmail.comwith supporting photos. I will send all the details to my supplier and we will rectify the situation. No request for an item obtained after 20 days will be accepted.
