Penny for Your Thoughts

Penny for Your Thoughts

As I did the scribble, I immediately saw the character emerge, but couldn’t figure out the context. It wasn't until I colored him that I realized he was lost in his thoughts. Therefore, I started writing them down, wrapping him with his own words. Thoughts on just about everything, but especially on the future of humanity and the planet. He is far from being a great philosopher, but the changes around him deeply upset him. He understands that the life he knew in his youth can no longer continue, that his lifestyle must change, but where to start? And even if he changes his way of life, will there be enough people who will do like him to allow humanity to survive? Heavy questions to bear alone. Yet, he does not lose hope and persists in believing in a better tomorrow.
